- 1 Cup silk Plain Almondmilk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Thyme
Salad
- 1 Package Organic Spring Mix
- Thinly Sliced Apple
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries

Step 1
Combine all salad dressing ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. -
Step 2
In a salad bowl, combine mixed greens, apple slices, pecans and cranberries. Toss with dressing and serve.
