Ingredients
Golden Milk
- 1 Cups Silk Unsweet Coconutmilk Or oatmilk
- 1 1/2 Tsp Maple Syrup (Or More To Taste)
- 3/4 Tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp (30 Ml) Boiling Water
Oat Mixture
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats (If Intolerant)
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 Tsp Hemp Hearts
Garnish
- 1 Cup Silk Vanilla Almond Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative, Fresh Berries

Step 1
Prepare Golden Milk -
Step 2
Mix spices, boiling water and maple syrup in a small bowl. Whisk in Silk. -
Step 3
Combine with Oat Mixture -
Step 4
Place oat mixture in a jar and pour golden milk over oats. Let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours. -
Step 5
Garnish with Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative and berries. Enjoy!
