Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Golden Milk

  • 1 Cups Silk Unsweet Coconutmilk Or oatmilk
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Maple Syrup (Or More To Taste)
  • 3/4 Tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp (30 Ml) Boiling Water

Oat Mixture

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats (If Intolerant)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Hemp Hearts

Garnish

  • 1 Cup Silk Vanilla Almond Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative, Fresh Berries

Directions

  • Step 1

    Prepare Golden Milk
  • Step 2

    Mix spices, boiling water and maple syrup in a small bowl. Whisk in Silk.
  • Step 3

    Combine with Oat Mixture
  • Step 4

    Place oat mixture in a jar and pour golden milk over oats. Let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
  • Step 5

    Garnish with Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative and berries. Enjoy!
