preparation

  1. Prepare Golden Milk
  2. Mix spices, boiling water and maple syrup in a small bowl. Whisk in Silk.
  3. Combine with Oat Mixture
  4. Place oat mixture in a jar and pour golden milk over oats. Let sit in fridge for at least 8 hours.
  5. Garnish with Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative and berries. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Golden Milk

  • 1 cups Silk UNSWEET COCONUTMILK OR OATMILK

  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup (or more to taste)

  • 3/4 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) boiling water

Oat Mixture

  • 1 cup rolled oats (if intolerant)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 tsp hemp hearts
