Maple Pecan Coffee Drink

preparation

  1. In a glass jar with a lid, lid off, combine Silk and maple extract.
  2. Microwave for 45 seconds, then replace lid and shake vigorously to create foam.
  3. Combine foamy mixture with freshly brewed coffee or espresso.
  4. Top with vegan whipped topping, crushed pecans, a drizzle of maple syrup and sea salt.

  • 4 oz Silk VANILLA ALMOND CREAMER

  • 1/2 tsp maple extract

  • 8 oz Strong Coffee or 4 oz espresso

  • 2 Tbsp crushed pecans

  • 1/8 TSP SEA SALT, FOR SERVING

  • CRUSHED PECANS, FOR SERVING

  • MAPLE SYRUP, FOR SERVING
