Ingredients
- 16 Oz Whole Wheat Noodles (Fettuccine Or Linguine)
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter Or Margarine
- 1 Onion
- 2 Bell Peppers, Finely Chopped
- 1 Cup silk Unsweet Almondmilk
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Prepared Pesto
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4 Cup Dairy-free Parmesan
Directions

Step 1
Cook noodles as directed. -
Step 2
In a small saucepan, melt margarine (or butter) over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent. -
Step 3
Add bell peppers to onions and cook for approximately 4 minutes. -
Step 4
Whisk in almondmilk and heat until bubbly. -
Step 5
Add in pesto and salt. -
Step 6
Remove pasta from heat, drain and toss with sauce. -
Step 7
Serve with fresh Parmesan, if desired.
