Ingredients
- 1 Cup Silk Original Coconutmilk
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
- 1/4 Tsp Coconut Extract
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 1 Pineapple Spear, For Garnish

Step 1
Blend all ingredients except garnish until smooth. -
Step 2
Garnish with pineapple spear topped by a cocktail umbrella. -
Step 3
For a spirited drink, add 2 oz dark rum.
