Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Margarine (Or Butter)
- 3 1/2 Cups Silk Unsweet Vanilla Cashewmilk
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- Flaked Sea Salt, For Garnish

Step 1
Combine brown sugar, margarine, 1/2 cup Silk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. -
Step 2
Whisk cornstarch together with another 1/2 cup of Silk. Add cornstarch Silk mixture and remaining 2 1/2 cups of Silk to the brown sugar mixture. -
Step 3
Return to a boil, reduce heat and add vanilla. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pudding thickens. -
Step 4
To serve, sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
