Salted Caramel Pudding

preparation

  1. Combine brown sugar, margarine, 1/2 cup Silk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Whisk cornstarch together with another 1/2 cup of Silk. Add cornstarch Silk mixture and remaining 2 1/2 cups of Silk to the brown sugar mixture.
  3. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pudding thickens.
  4. To serve, sprinkle with flaked sea salt.

  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar

  • 4 Tbsp margarine (or butter)

  • 3 1/2 cup Silk UNSWEET VANILLA CASHEWMILK

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla, Flaked sea salt, for garnish
