Salted Caramel Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Margarine (Or Butter)
  • 3 1/2 Cups Silk Unsweet Vanilla Cashewmilk
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Flaked Sea Salt, For Garnish

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine brown sugar, margarine, 1/2 cup Silk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2

    Whisk cornstarch together with another 1/2 cup of Silk. Add cornstarch Silk mixture and remaining 2 1/2 cups of Silk to the brown sugar mixture.
  • Step 3

    Return to a boil, reduce heat and add vanilla. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until pudding thickens.
  • Step 4

    To serve, sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
