Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Silk Vanilla Almond Creamer
- 2 Tbsp Margarine (Or Coconut Oil)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 -1 Tsp Sea Salt, To Taste

Step 1
Stir together sugar, water and lemon juice in a small saucepan. -
Step 2
Place pan over medium heat and cook for 12-15 minutes, without stirring, until mixture turns a rich amber color. Remove from heat.
NOTE: Be careful not to overcook as sugar will go from amber to burnt very quickly. -
Step 3
Add Silk, stirring while mixture furiously bubbles. Stir until smooth.
NOTE: If mixture clumps, return to heat and stir until smooth. -
Step 4
Add margarine, vanilla and sea salt. Stir to combine. -
Step 5
Serve immediately, or refrigerate and reheat when needed.
NOTE: Try drizzling on ice cream, pie and cheesecake, or toss with popcorn.
