Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Margarine (Or Butter)
 - 4 Tbsp Flour
 - 2 Cups silk Original Soymilk, organic Unsweet Soymilk Or unsweet Almondmilk, Warmed
 - 1/2 Tsp Salt
 - 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
 - 1/4 Tsp Pepper
 - 1-2 Garlic Cloves, To Taste
 - 2 14 Oz Cans Artichoke Hearts, Well Drained
 - 1 10 Oz Package Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained
 - 1/3 Cup Grated Soy Or dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese
 - Fresh Vegetables Or Chips, For Serving
 
Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. - 
										 
Step 2
Lightly coat a 2-quart baking pan with cooking spray. - 
										 
Step 3
Melt margarine (or butter) in a saucepan over medium heat. - 
										 
Step 4
Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in warm soymilk. Add salt, cayenne and pepper and cook until very thick, about 5-7 minutes. - 
										 
Step 5
Remove from heat. - 
										 
Step 6
Place garlic, artichoke hearts and spinach in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. - 
										 
Step 7
Stir spinach mixture into soymilk mixture. - 
										 
Step 8
Spread dip in prepared pan and sprinkle with Parmesan. - 
										 
Step 9
Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
