Ingredients
Chia Seed Pudding
- 2 Cups Silk Unsweet Cashewmilk
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Agave
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Sticky Pecans
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Agave
- Pinch Of Salt
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
Directions
Prepare chia seed pudding

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together Silk, chia seeds, agave, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. -
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate overnight. -
Step 3
Once pudding has thickened, prepare sticky pecans -
Step 4
Add maple syrup, agave and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil. -
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Let pecans sit for 5 minutes. -
Step 6
To serve, spoon sticky pecans over pudding and enjoy!
