Sticky Bun Chia Seed Pudding

This flavorful superfood pudding makes a delicious breakfast or dessert.

Prepare chia seed pudding

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Silk, chia seeds, agave, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Once pudding has thickened, prepare sticky pecans
  4. Add maple syrup, agave and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Let pecans sit for 5 minutes.
  6. To serve, spoon sticky pecans over pudding and enjoy!

Ingredients

Chia Seed Pudding

  • 2 cups Silk UNSWEET CASHEWMILK

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp agave

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Sticky Pecans

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 TBSP AGAVE

  • PINCH OF SALT

  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
