Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar Packed
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil Or Liquid Coconut Oil
- 2 Tsp Of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Applesauce
- 1/2 Cup silk Original Almondmilk Or silk Unsweet Almondmilk
- 1 Cup Of Mashed Bananas
- 1 3/4 Cup Of all-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Of Fresh Strawberries (chopped)

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. -
Step 2
Prepare a 9x5” loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and parchment paper. -
Step 3
Mix sugars, oil, vanilla, and apple sauce together in a large mixing bowl. -
Step 4
Mash bananas (2-3 should make a cup) with Silk and add to wet ingredients. Mix. -
Step 5
In a smaller bowl, measure out dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. -
Step 6
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. -
Step 7
Fold in chopped strawberries. -
Step 8
Put the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
