Strawberry Banana Bread

Delicious, fruity, and flavorful bread for morning, noon or night.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a 9x5” loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and parchment paper.
  3. Mix sugars, oil, vanilla, and apple sauce together in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mash bananas (2-3 should make a cup) with Silk and add to wet ingredients. Mix.
  5. In a smaller bowl, measure out dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  8. Put the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!


  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil or liquid coconut oil

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 1/2 cup Silk Original Almondmilk or Silk Unsweet Almondmilk

  • 1 cup of mashed bananas

  • 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries (chopped)
